Shane is a double and electric bassist.  He has played in a number of different groups focusing on a variety of styles.  Currently his main focus as a bassist is in the jazz and improvised music world.  He collaborates with different artists and composers, and is a member of the groups: Babu, Closet Snare, the Kyle Shepherd Trio, the Reza Khota Quartet, and Dave Ledbetter & The Clearing.  It is with these and other groups that Shane has toured Europe, India, China, Africa, and the U.S, to perform at festivals and clubs.

He is currently composing music for his new quartet set to start performing in 2013.
